Omar Rehman is President of PRO City Cartage, Inc., building his reputation in the transportation industry for over 15 years as an owner/operator, driver, manager, employer and business partner. Omar founded PRO City Cartage in 2003 . Apart from leading his flourishing business, Omar is dedicated to continuous learning in all aspects of logistics, transportation and business services. Under Omar’s leadership, PRO City Cartage provides both a great career for the dedicated members of the PRO City Cartage family and delivers outstanding services to a growing roster of PRO City Cartage customers.

Collin Reid
Operations Manager

Colin Reid is the Operations Manager of PRO City Cartage.  He manages the day-to-day operation of the company that includes, truck utilization, freight metrics, driver behaviors (with the aid of specific tracking programs), licensing requirements, claims management and customer relations.  Colin brings a wealth of experience to the position as having worked in transportation for more than 15 years. Colin holds a valid DZ License and has worked in many capacities including Dispatcher, Payroll and Fleet Maintenance.

Dave Taylor

Safety & Risk Compliance Manager

Dave Taylor manages the day-to-day operation of the company conducting of inspections, qualification and set up on drivers, company equipment and contractor’s vehicles ,Log book monitoring - call, notify, correct and retrain drivers , all ProCity Cartage Transport alerts monitoring and Initial emergency response - minor claims, accidents. Dave brings a wealth of experience to the position as having worked in transportation for more than 25 years. 

Daniela Checa Fernandez

HR Generalist 

Daniela is an avid young HR Professional responsible for handling the company's human resources operations. Daniela manages the full scope of Human Resources like recruitment, improving employee retention rates, supporting organization development, implementing HR policies, and counseling employees. Daniela has displayed leadership, organization, communication, people skills, report writing, computer competencies and time management integrated within her superb work ethic. She has 3 years of HR experience and 2 years in the Transportation industry, she is a proactive change agent that understands employee attitudes and behavior to effectively encourage learning and promote increased productivity resulting in value-added service and excellent team building and consultant on organization development and personnel issues.
